The RoleReporting to the Finance Manager and working as part of a small team, you'll be responsible for:<ul><li>End-to-end accounts payable and receivable processing</li><li>Managing weekly payment runs, ensuring timely and accurate payments</li><li>Reconciling bank accounts and credit cards</li><li>Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation</li><li>Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes</li><li>Prepare various journal entries</li><li>Assist with annual audits</li><li>Assist with employee expense claims as required</li></ul> Your Profile<ul><li>A minimum 3 years' experience in a high-volume transactional environment with a demonstrated ability to manage end to end accounts payable and receivable processes,</li><li>You will possess an intermediate level of Excel skills (pivot tables/ V-lookups), with an aptitude to learn new finance systems quickly. The safety and wellbeing systems are already well established, so the focus is on running them well and keeping the organisation compliant rather than rebuilding from scratch. It's a true all-rounder: about 60% hands-on delivery and 40% planning, initiatives and senior reporting.
