This role plays a critical part in supporting enterprise risk management (ERM) activities and managing the day-to-day operation of the insurance function.</p><p> </p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>Reporting to the Manager, Risk &amp; Insurance, you will:</p><ul><li>Support the implementation of enterprise risk and opportunity management, including risk assessments, workshops, reporting, and ERM systems.</li><li>Contribute to risk reporting, key risk indicators, and annual reviews in line with ASX and HKEX requirements.</li><li>Assist with renewal and management of the corporate insurance program, working with internal stakeholders, brokers, and external providers.</li><li>Support the development of risk financing strategies and provide insurance and risk information to senior stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate claims management, insurance surveys, and broker tenders.</li><li>Provide administrative support to the Risk &amp; Audit leadership team as required.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>We are looking for someone with:</p><ul><li>A degree in business, finance, engineering, science, or ICT (professional designations such as CPRA / CPRM, GIA, CA/CPA highly regarded).</li><li>1-4 years' experience in risk management, risk analysis, or auditing.</li><li>Familiarity with ISO31000 and risk management methodologies.</li><li>Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills.</li><li>High proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (data analysis), PowerPoint, and Word.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Desirable skills include:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience managing insurance contracts and renewals.</li><li>Exposure to listed company environments or multi-cultural workplaces.</li><li>Data analytics/dashboards (Alteryx, Power BI) or SAP experience.</li><li>Chinese (Mandarin) language fluency.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>What's on Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Opportunity to work with a listed resources company and gain exposure to enterprise-wide risk and insurance operations.</li><li>Be part of a collaborative, professional team that values initiative, flexibility, and results.</li><li>Contribute to meaningful projects that shape corporate governance and shareholder reporting.</li></ul><p> </p><h4>This is a hybrid position.</h4></td></tr></tbody></table><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
