Known for their commitment to service excellence, innovation, and compliance in a complex, highly regulated industry, they're continuing to expand and invest in their people and processes.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>Reporting into the Head of Credit, you'll lead the Credit &amp; Collections team, responsible for managing the end-to-end collections process for electricity and gas accounts.</p><p>You'll ensure all compliance obligations around hardship and payment difficulty programs are met while maintaining a customer-first approach.
