Your duties will include:</p><ul><li>Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, website and social channels</li><li>Handle general administration and support internal communications</li><li>Manage enquiries, redirect questions to the right subject-matter experts, and ensure fast, accurate responses</li><li>Resolve customer issues professionally, escalating when needed and following through to resolution</li><li>Process online orders, invoices, payments, claims, credits and returns</li><li>Maintain accurate customer interaction records and update system data</li><li>Build strong relationships through open, effective and trustworthy communication</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations and documentation as needed</li><li>Assist with internal processes, and jump in to support the team wherever required</li></ul><p><strong>What Makes You a Great Fit:</strong></p><p>To be a success in this position you will be proactive, organised, and have extremely high attention to detail. You will understand how a busy business operates and be able to manage your workload accordingly.
