<p><strong>Business Analyst - Digital Transformation &amp; AI Enablement</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Woolloongabba <br /> <strong>Contract:</strong> 6 Months <br /> <strong>Start:</strong> ASAP</p><p>We're partnering with an organisation undertaking a significant AI enablement and digital uplift program, focused on modernising legacy systems, consolidating data, and building practical AI capability across the business.</p><p>This role sits at the intersection of IT, data, and organisational change. You'll help shape how AI is embedded into everyday workflows, working across schools, business functions and IT teams to design processes, clarify use cases, support agent deployment, and ensure adoption is grounded, ethical and useful.</p><p>You will not be coding AI models - this is a business-facing role focused on process, value, adoption and clarity.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Work across business, IT and learning teams to identify and prioritise AI use cases</li><li>Map current vs future state processes where AI and automation can add value</li><li>Support the rollout of AI agents, low-code / pro-code workflow tools, and internal capability uplift</li><li>Build and maintain the register of AI agents including ownership, deployment and performance context</li><li>Develop Power BI dashboards to track program benefits, adoption and engagement levels</li><li>Define and clarify how data is collected, deployed and used appropriately</li><li>Assist teams in understanding Microsoft AI accelerators, platforms and integration opportunities</li><li>Contribute to building a digital maturity model for AI adoption across the organisation</li></ul><p><strong>Ideal Candidate</strong></p><ul><li>Experience as a Business Analyst in digital, data, or AI-enabled transformation projects</li><li>Can confidently translate between technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>Demonstrated ability to shape processes and guide people through change</li><li>Experience with Power BI, Azure services, APIs or modern application environments</li><li>Comfortable working on-site 3 days per week</li><li>Proactive, structured, and able to create clarity where the path is evolving</li><li>Blue Card (or ability to obtain one)</li></ul><p><strong>Why This Role</strong></p><ul><li>Organisation is early in their AI maturity journey - you will help shape the blueprint</li><li>High visibility across IT leadership, learning teams, and customer-facing groups</li><li>Ethical, practical, people-focused approach to AI - not hype-based</li><li>Hybrid flexibility + meaningful impact work</li></ul><p>If you're an experienced Business Analyst who can work independently, communicate across diverse teams, and has exposure to AI-enabled or digital transformation environments - please apply.</p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
