This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong systems, reconciliation, and stakeholder management skills.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Property</p><ul><li>Manage tenant accounting and Property P&L, liaising with outsourced property managers and government stakeholders.</li><li>Oversee a mixed tenant model, ensuring accurate invoicing, revenue capture, and tenant balance monitoring.</li><li>Maintain fixed asset accounting, including depreciation, write-offs, and transfers.</li><li>Map external trial balances into internal systems, reconcile discrepancies, and support reporting.</li><li>Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the Property P&L.</li></ul><p>Car Park</p><ul><li>Manage the Car Park P&L, reviewing monthly charges and reconciling results with external operators.</li><li>Capture all revenue and costs accurately in internal systems.</li><li>Support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for Car Park operations.</li></ul><p>Wharf</p><ul><li>Manage the Wharf P&L, tracking income from high-value vessels and associated maintenance costs.</li><li>Ensure accurate revenue recognition, reconciliations, and reporting.</li><li>Perform trend analysis and liaise with stakeholders to maintain accuracy.</li></ul><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Across all business units:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Work with external property and system providers, demonstrating system proficiency.</li><li>Prepare bad debt provisions, accruals, and prepayments, and maintain fixed asset registers.</li><li>Deliver monthly and ad-hoc reporting, trend analysis, and forecasts.</li><li>Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting cycles, and provide system training.</li><li>Support IT/system upgrades and troubleshoot issues.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in property or multi-unit environments.</li><li>CA/CPA qualified (or working towards)</li><li>Strong experience with ERP and accounting systems (Tech1 or MRI preferred).</li><li>Expertise in complex reconciliations, multi-unit P&Ls, and fixed assets management.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong time management and attention to detail.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Apply Today</strong></p><p>Please send your resume by clicking on the apply button or email <a href="mailto:
