This position plays a key role in expense management, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintaining the AU/NZ expense framework in PeopleSoft, including cost centres and allocation structures.</li><li>Supporting month-end processes by preparing and reviewing expense and acquisition-cost accruals.</li><li>Providing insightful analysis on expense trends, variances and business drivers.</li><li>Preparing and distributing cost-centre reporting and addressing stakeholder queries.</li><li>Assisting with annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, including analytical commentary.</li><li>Monitoring performance against budget and identifying opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings.</li><li>Maintaining and updating the expense allocation model, including annual time-and-effort assessments.</li><li>Completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations with strong supporting documentation.</li><li>Enhancing reporting dashboards using TM1, Qlik, Tableau, Power BI or similar tools.</li><li>Driving continuous process improvements across reporting, analysis and financial operations.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Strong communicator with confident business partnering skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>CA/CPA qualified or currently progressing through the program.</li><li>3-5 years' experience within commercial finance or accounting; financial services experience is beneficial but not essential.</li><li>Highly analytical, organised and comfortable working to deadlines in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills and exposure to reporting tools such as TM1, PeopleSoft, Cognos, Qlik, Tableau or Power BI.</li><li>Curious, proactive and keen to contribute to process improvement and enhanced reporting outcomes.</li><li>Suitable for a Management Accountant or a Financial Accountant wanting to transition into FP&amp;A.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Apply Today</strong></p><p>Please send your resume by clicking on the apply button or to <strong>[email protected]</strong></p><p> </p><p>This is a hybrid position.</p><p><em>Reference Number: </em><a href="https://rh--c.vf.force.com/a1GVT000005crq1"><em>06800-0013348570</em></a></p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
