This role sits at the centre of enterprise-wide change, with a strong focus on strategic delivery, capability uplift, and embedding new ways of working.</p><p>You'll be responsible for managing complex projects end-to-end from scoping and prioritisation through to implementation and adoption. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll help align initiatives to broader business goals while navigating competing priorities and organisational complexity.</p><p>Success in this role hinges on your ability to influence at all levels, communicate effectively across a broad stakeholder group (including exec and board), and maintain strong delivery performance through change.
