This role offers a blend of onsite and remote support and will suit someone who understands the operational and time-critical nature of legal environments.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>You will provide Level 1-2 technical support to staff across multiple offices, acting as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day IT assistance.
