This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with a clear mandate to deliver a major national 3PL transition, followed by longer-term optimisation across the end-to-end supply chain.Reporting into the Operations & Finance Director, this role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, service continuity and sustainable growth during a period of significant change. The RoleThe Operations Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective management of logistics operations across Australia and New Zealand, including Supply Chain & 3PL Management, Demand Planning, Procurement and Shipping.You will lead a team of operational specialists (Supply Chain, Purchasing and Demand Planning Team Leads) and work closely with senior stakeholders locally and across APAC.This role is suited to someone comfortable working "in the trenches" while driving structural improvement and embedding best practice.
