Due to increased workload and a key stakeholder going on parental leave, they are looking for a talented Quality Assurance Analyst Hybrid with Business Analyst to join and assist their project delivery. If you think this would be an interesting challenge for you, apply now.</p><p><strong><br />The Role</strong></p><p>In this dynamic role, you'll tackle new challenges daily, leveraging your process-driven approach and innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you'll help manage testing, delivery and uncover failures within the project. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of systems across multiple systems and teams. The E-Commerce platform requires heavy attention due to an upgrade that is occurring from NAV to D365 BC. This entails integrations, testing, DevOps release management and analysis of new features. This will be an initial 3-month contract with an immediate start with high potential of extensions.</p><p><strong><br />Your Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience gathering requirements from key stakeholders and consumers</li><li>Experience using Jira for ticketing</li><li>Experience with API's and understanding how they would be integrated between systems</li><li>Strong knowledge of retail product lifecycles</li><li>Excellent understanding of testing life cycle and how to ensure timely delivery</li><li>Experience with analysing what requirements are desired from consumers and putting that into production</li><li>Previous experience with Adobe Commerce or Magento</li></ul><p><br /><strong>About You</strong></p><p>You have exceptional technical know-how and a real passion for the end-to-end solutions that drive the user experience and customer happiness.
