With ambitious plans to significantly expand funds under management over the next few years, this is an exciting opportunity to step into a pivotal finance leadership role in a business that is shaping the future of alternative investments.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><p>Reporting to the Head of Finance - this role takes ownership of all aspects of financial control and leading a team of 8 with 4 direct reports.</p><ul><li>Leading financial reporting and performance analysis, providing proactive commercial insights.</li><li>Preparing budgets, forecasts, distribution forecasts, and long-term business plans.</li><li>Managing cashflow forecasting, NAV modelling, and calculation of monthly distributions.</li><li>Driving compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Partnering with auditors, tax teams, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting.</li><li>Leading process improvement, automation, and integration initiatives.</li><li>Supporting investor relations, Board reporting, and commercial decision-making.</li></ul><p>This role offers broad exposure across finance, treasury, compliance, and stakeholder management, while supporting future growth initiatives.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><p>You are an experienced finance professional ready to step into a leadership role with broad responsibility.
