Acting as a true strategic partner, you will work closely with senior leaders across the Group, including Managing Directors and the Group CEO, to influence decisions that maximise profitability, improve margins, and drive sustainable growth.</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul><li>Leading the commercial finance function and managing a high-performing team.</li><li>Business partnering with senior stakeholders across Retail, Supply Chain, IT, and Store Development.</li><li>Delivering financial analysis, insights, and reporting to inform strategic and operational decisions.</li><li>Driving budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning.</li><li>Identifying opportunities for margin improvement and cost optimisation.</li><li>Supporting the Group's finance strategy and contributing to long-term planning.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">About You</span></strong></p><p>This role will suit a commercially minded finance professional with strong retail sector experience and a track record of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
