With strong foundations and governance already in place, they're now looking for an AI Engineer who can genuinely influence how AI is applied across the business - from streamlining processes to improving decision-making and creating real, measurable value. If you have hands-on experience across AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or Data Science, we'd love to hear from you.<br /><br /><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>In this dynamic role, you'll face new challenges every day, applying a strong process-driven mindset while continuously looking for smarter, more innovative ways to improve how things are done. As part of a newly formed team, you'll play a key role in driving innovation - experimenting with and operationalising AI solutions for unique, business-aligned use cases. You'll also own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI systems, algorithms, and machine learning models.</p><p><strong>Your Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's/master's in computer science, Data Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.</li><li>5+ years in deploying Machine Learning &amp; AI Based solutions</li><li>Strong programming skills in Python or another relevant scripting language, alongside AI/ML Frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)</li><li>Demonstrated delivery of at least one generative-AI or machine learning solution in production</li><li>Understanding Machine Learning model and Evaluation metrics, and how to operationalise them to continually monitor models</li><li>Experience working with multimodal models, and long context is desirable, designing robust AI solutions, that can work with production scale data.</li><li>Working with models to optimise, fine tune and enhance their performance, while working in the dimensions of cost and scalability.</li></ul><p><strong>Desirable Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with workflow management tools such as n8n, copilot studio flows or Zapier</li><li>Experience with Agentic frameworks and protocols e.g. A2A, Microsoft Agent Framework, LangGraph, MCP</li><li>Cloud architecture and containerisation skillsets</li><li>Frontend or integration experience</li></ul><p><br /><strong>About You</strong></p><p>You have exceptional technical know-how and a real passion for the end-to-end solutions that drive the user experience and customer happiness.
