A key part of your role will be to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts with senior leaders. You will also be the key Business Partner, working directly with managers to analyse performance and variances, explain results, challenge assumptions, and highlight opportunities for improvement.</p><p>Your responsibilities also cover Project and Cost Accounting, requiring you to work with project owners to keep transactions on track. You will maintain cost accounting systems and drive improvement by performing cost analysis and supporting process improvements, system enhancements, and efficiency projects across the business.</p><p>Furthermore, you will ensure Compliance &amp; Audit by supporting internal and external audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.</p><p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p><p>We are looking for a couple of profiles to be a success.</p><p>You can already be a Management Accountant, or you can be a solid Financial Accountant who is looking to add to your current skills and take your career development in a different direction.</p><p>This is a business that will provide you with extensive training. You'll be on the up in your career, and as such, we need you to fulfill certain criteria as detailed below:</p><ul><li>You possess strong technical accounting skills and excellent budgeting &amp; modelling capability.</li><li>You are a fully qualified accountant (CPA, CA, or CIMA) or actively working towards completion.</li><li>You are a confident communicator who enjoys partnering with non-finance stakeholders, with strong business partnering skills.</li><li>You have a minimum of 2 years of management accounting experience or you're a solid Financial Accountant looking to switch direction.</li><li>You possess proficiency in Financial Software (e.g., SAP, Oracle or similar) and advanced Excel skills.</li></ul><p>You are naturally inquisitive, highly focused on detail, and always looking for ways to improve.
