You'll work closely with an experienced, commercially minded leadership team while reporting directly to the CFO. In this role, you'll deliver meaningful analysis, clear insights, and practical recommendations that support informed decision-making.</p><p>You'll enjoy a strong balance of autonomy, exposure, and support while working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing business that is building and shaping its budgeting, modelling, and reporting capabilities from the ground up.</p><p><strong>You can expect to be hands on with:</strong></p><ul><li>Preparing monthly management accounts and performance reporting</li><li>Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning</li><li>Developing KPI dashboards and financial models</li><li>Supporting month-end and year-end financial close processes</li><li>Collaborating with stakeholders to address financial queries and provide practical solutions</li></ul><p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p><p>We're looking for a commercially focused Accountant who brings strong business partnering skills, analytical capability, and a proactive, hands-on approach.
