They shine in program management, from conception and design through implementation, measurement and continuous improvement, and they regularly contribute to improving internal services and efficiencies. Developing project plans, executing deliverables, and proactively identifying and managing risks and issuesDefining project scope and creating a milestone and deadline list for deliveryCoordinating with cross-functional team leaders, and monitoring and reporting on project statusCommunicating project progress, findings, output, and deployment plans to senior leadership and all constituentsProviding mentoring, coaching, support, and guidance to project participants on policies, procedures, priorities, and methods
