ERP/CRM Architect job description

ERP/CRM architects lead the design, implementation and optimization of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. They align technology solutions with business objectives, ensuring system scalability, integration and performance. As AI technologies become increasingly embedded in enterprise platforms, ERP/CRM architects are expected to evaluate and integrate AI-driven features to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement. Typical ERP/CRM architect duties:

Design and oversee the architecture of ERP and CRM systems to meet business and technical requirements

Collaborate with business leaders to define system functionality, workflows and reporting needs
