Collaborates with leadership to identify skill gaps and workforce development needs, and evaluates training effectiveness, making adjustments to ensure desired outcomes.Oversees budget, resources, and timelines for L&D projects. Requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in learning management systems and training methodologies is essential. Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, or a related field, plus five to seven years of experience in L&D, training, or HR roles.
