Directs and supervises HR functions within an organization. Manages pay and benefits; administers talent acquisition and onboarding; ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations; handles employee investigations, discipline and terminations; develops employee training and development programs; and maintains updated employee records. Requires exceptional interpersonal, communication and analytical skills, including experience with HR software programs.
