ERP business analysts must demonstrate business acumen in managing relationships and project lists with colleagues in technical and business departments, driving software solutions, leading users and helping them resolve issues, and promoting an environment focused on knowledge growth and independence. Specific technical requirements vary by employer, but strong technical and functional knowledge of the employer’s preferred ERP solutions, analytic aptitude, and good oral and written communication skills are a must.
