Customer service managers lead teams dedicated to delivering exceptional support and service experiences across multiple channels. This leadership role is responsible for managing daily operations, improving service quality and driving customer satisfaction. Customer service managers work closely with internal departments to resolve issues, implement best practices and ensure consistent service delivery aligned with company standards.

Typical customer service manager duties:
