The RoleThe accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, and providing timely reporting to support decision-making.Key responsibilities include<ul><li>Prepare and record financial transactions including assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses.</li><li>Maintain and reconcile subsidiary accounts.</li><li>Assist in preparing financial statements and budgets.</li><li>Collaborate with local service providers for account management and tax filings.</li><li>Ensure timely tax declarations (monthly, quarterly, annually).</li><li>Lead internal and external audits to ensure compliance.</li><li>Support month-end and year-end closing processes.</li><li>Develop and document accounting policies and internal controls.</li><li>Ensure adherence to GAAP principles.</li><li>Provide technical accounting support to management.</li></ul>Your ProfileTo be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, ideally with ACCA or CPA.
