Tech hubs span over Europe, APAC and US.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><ul><li>You'll provide advanced technical support to Japanese and global clients, resolving complex issues through Slack and email tickets. No standby phone duty required.</li><li>Working with SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and JSON, you'll diagnose integration issues, debug tracking implementations, and analyze data to deliver actionable insights.</li><li>You'll collaborate daily with cross-functional teams across four continents including R&D, product, and account management.</li><li>This is a full remote position based in Tokyo</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Your Skills </strong></p><ul><li>Fluent Japanese proficiency is mandatory (written communication precision is critical for ticket-based client interactions)</li><li>Fluent English required for daily collaboration with global colleagues.</li><li>Technical support or solutions engineering background with strong troubleshooting experience.</li><li>Proficiency in web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and SQL for data analysis.</li><li>Ad tech/programmatic experience, OpenRTB knowledge, or familiarity with BigQuery/Redshift is a plus.</li><li>Must hold valid work authorization in Japan.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Key Highlights of the Role </strong></p><ul><li>Full remote work but must be based in Japan</li><li>Flexible hours with zero overtime culture!
