This is a true top to bottom opportunity. Working closely with the CEO, you will ensure financial health and help drive strategic growth.</p><h3 data-start="781" data-end="810"><strong data-start="785" data-end="810">Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul data-start="811" data-end="1403"><li data-end="1030" data-start="811"><p data-end="1030" data-start="813"><strong data-end="842" data-start="813">Financial Administration:</strong> Oversee bank accounts, cash management, and bookkeeping. Prepare cashflow and revenue forecasts. Produce monthly management accounts and stakeholder reports. Manage VAT and tax filings.</p></li><li data-start="1031" data-end="1213"><p data-start="1033" data-end="1213"><strong data-end="1061" data-start="1033">Regulatory &amp; Compliance:</strong> Maintain statutory records, prepare Companies House filings, and manage FCA returns.
