With a strong reputation in residential, student accommodation and commercial sectors, the business continues to expand and secure major projects nationwide.</p><p data-start="657" data-end="838">As part of this growth, there is an opportunity for a Management Accountant to join the team and play a key role in supporting financial performance and operational decision-making.</p><h3 data-start="845" data-end="863"><strong data-start="849" data-end="861">The Role</strong></h3><p data-start="864" data-end="1006">Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of the management accounts function while partnering closely with operational teams.</p><p data-start="1008" data-end="1039">Key responsibilities include:</p><ul data-start="1040" data-end="1558"><li data-end="1118" data-start="1040">Preparation of monthly management accounts with detailed variance analysis</li><li data-start="1119" data-end="1170">Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management</li><li data-end="1243" data-start="1171">Project costing and profitability analysis across multiple contracts</li><li data-start="1244" data-end="1308">Monitoring WIP, revenue recognition and contract performance</li><li data-start="1309" data-end="1367">Business partnering with project and operational teams</li><li data-start="1368" data-end="1425">Enhancing financial controls, processes and reporting</li><li data-start="1426" data-end="1482">Supporting year-end processes and audit requirements</li><li data-end="1558" data-start="1483">Delivering meaningful financial insights to support strategic decisions</li></ul><h3 data-end="1584" data-start="1565"><strong data-start="1569" data-end="1582">About You</strong></h3><ul data-start="1585" data-end="1997"><li data-end="1643" data-start="1585">Part-qualified or qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or QBE</li><li data-end="1708" data-start="1644">Proven experience in a Management Accountant or similar role</li><li data-end="1802" data-start="1709">Experience in construction, subcontracting, or manufacturing environments is advantageous</li><li data-end="1864" data-start="1803">Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems</li><li data-end="1929" data-start="1865">Commercially aware with strong stakeholder engagement skills</li><li data-start="1930" data-end="1997">Hands-on, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><h3 data-end="2029" data-start="2004"><strong data-end="2027" data-start="2008">What's on Offer</strong></h3><ul data-end="2267" data-start="2030"><li data-end="2085" data-start="2030">Salary of £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience</li><li data-start="2030" data-end="2085">4 days working onsite with 1 day working from home </li><li data-start="2086" data-end="2151">Opportunity to join a growing and financially stable business</li><li data-end="2205" data-start="2152">Broad, commercially focused role with real impact</li><li data-start="2206" data-end="2267">Supportive working environment with scope for progression</li></ul><h3 data-start="2274" data-end="2293"><strong data-start="2278" data-end="2291">Apply Now</strong></h3><p data-start="2294" data-end="2490">This is a confidential appointment being managed by our recruitment team.
