Due to continued business growth and a commitment to innovation, they're looking for a Finance Analyst to join their journey of finance team modernisation.</p><p><strong>The Opportunity:</strong> As a Finance Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting core finance operations and have the chance to shape how things are done. You'll be hands-on with month-end duties and also drive improvements through tech, analysis, and process automation.</p><p><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Supporting monthly financial processes and reporting alongside the wider finance team</li><li>Using advanced Excel skills-and ideally your knowledge of AI tools-to streamline and enhance finance processes, reporting, and data integrity</li><li>Identifying ways to automate repetitive tasks and provide meaningful, actionable insights for leadership</li><li>Collaborating across business functions to drive continuous improvement within the finance function</li><li>Contributing to a culture of innovation as the company continues to grow</li></ul><p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong Excel capability with genuine enthusiasm for efficiency, data, and process improvement; exposure to or interest in AI tools and automation is a plus</li><li>Solid grounding in core finance (e.g., supporting month end, posting journals, reconciling accounts)</li><li>Part qualified/newly qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) OR suitably qualified by experience-relevant backgrounds considered</li><li>Comfortable working independently and as part of a positive, forward-thinking team</li><li>Adaptable, eager to learn, and motivated to make a difference</li></ul><p><strong>The offer:</strong></p><ul><li>£35,000 - £45,000 salary (depending on experience)</li><li>Hybrid and flexible working options to suit your lifestyle</li><li>Easy access - office is a 20-minute walk from Leeds train station; on-site parking available</li><li>Chance to join a high-profile SME and shape how finance operates as the business grows</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
