Senior Systems Accountant Robert Half are supporting our client with the recruitment of a Senior Systems Accountant to take ownership of their recently implemented ERP. This is a key role, driving efficiencies, embedding best practice, and supporting the continued growth of the business. <h3 data-start="468" data-end="482">The Role</h3><ul data-start="483" data-end="1177"><li data-start="483" data-end="590">Act as system owner for Sage Intacct, providing day-to-day support to finance and wider business users.</li><li data-end="672" data-start="591">Maintain system controls, user profiles, workflows, and approval hierarchies.</li><li data-start="673" data-end="736">Lead on process improvements, automation, and efficiencies.</li><li data-end="825" data-start="737">Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support financial and business performance.</li><li data-end="885" data-start="826">Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting.</li><li data-end="965" data-start="886">Manage integrations with payroll, CRM, banking, and other business systems.</li><li data-end="1035" data-start="966">Liaise with Sage Intacct support partners on issues and upgrades.</li><li data-start="1036" data-end="1107">Train and up-skill finance team members, acting as the go-to expert.</li><li data-end="1177" data-start="1108">Support wider finance transformation projects.</li></ul> <h3 data-end="1194" data-start="1179">About You</h3><ul data-start="1195" data-end="1700"><li data-start="1195" data-end="1268">Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.</li><li data-end="1316" data-start="1269">Strong knowledge of core finance processes.</li><li data-start="1317" data-end="1359">Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct.</li><li data-start="1360" data-end="1471">Background as a Systems Accountant, Finance Systems Analyst, or Systems Finance Manager </li><li data-end="1518" data-start="1472">Advanced Excel and report-building skills.</li><li data-start="1519" data-end="1615">Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across finance, IT, and operations.</li><li data-start="1616" data-end="1700">Experience with system implementations, migrations, or upgrades.</li></ul> <h3 data-end="1723" data-start="1702">What's on Offer</h3><ul data-end="1990" data-start="1724"><li data-start="1724" data-end="1782">Competitive salary c.£70,000 - £80,000 + benefits.</li><li data-start="1783" data-end="1856">Opportunity to shape and optimise a newly implemented finance system.</li><li data-start="1857" data-end="1929">Involvement in strategic projects and exposure to senior leadership.</li><li data-start="1930" data-end="1990">Long-term career progression within finance and systems.</li></ul> Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
