In this role you will be responsible for the following duties: </p><p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 7.5pt; color: black;"> </p><ul><li>Partner with Managing Director and the TSE Management Team to ensure compliance with Global and Regional HR policies and best practices</li><li>Build strong relationships with UK people managers and hold regular check-ins to provide support and guidance on people-related issues. Advise on appropriate solutions, ensuring a consistent approach of policies and practices, while also supporting the successful integration of new hires.</li><li>Act as trainer and support for Managers on performance management best practices.
