Support the Financial Controller in delivering key financial functions and help drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist the Financial Controller in producing monthly management accounts</li><li>Manage invoicing, ensuring alignment with contracts</li><li>Develop and maintain sales reporting</li><li>Handle accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliation</li><li>Assist with payroll, VAT returns, and membership direct debits</li><li>Oversee purchase ledger and supplier BACS payments</li><li>Conduct bank reconciliations and manage credit card transactions</li><li>Assist with the annual external audit and financial analysis</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of accounting experience</li><li>Proficient in balance sheet reconciliation and management accounting</li><li>AAT qualified or studying</li><li>Experienced in accounting software (Xero would be advantageous) and Excel</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li><li>Able to work independently and as part of a small team</li><li>Good organisational and time management skills</li></ul> .Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
