This is a pivotal role, offering the opportunity to work closely with the Board and senior leadership team to ensure high standards of governance, compliance, and decision-making.</p><h3 data-start="426" data-end="440">The Role</h3><p data-end="722" data-start="441">As Company Secretary, you will take full ownership of corporate governance and statutory responsibilities.
