Day to day duties will consist of:<ul><li>Prepare and produce high quality monthly consolidated and entity management accounts and other financial reports ensuring compliance with UK GAAP including budgets, reforecast and KPIs.</li><li>Analysis on company performance, highlighting areas of concern or risk.</li><li>Develop analysis as required to support the development and subsequent measurement of sales strategies.</li><li>Manage payment runs, ensuring prompt and efficient payment to suppliers.</li><li>Work with the sales support team to ensure that invoices are raised, and cash is collected, on-time and effectively.</li></ul><ul><li>Aged debtor review and improvement</li></ul><ul><li>Manage payroll processing, alongside outsourced payroll provider</li><li>Perform monthly P&L reviews and prepare associated balance sheet and revenue reconciliations.</li><li>Manage the year end audit, statutory accounts and corporation tax</li><li>Support the CFO in M&A activities.</li><li>Team management and development</li></ul>Your ProfileYou will be a Qualified Accountant with proven experience in a Financial Controller of Finance Manager position ideally from a SME or growth environment.
