<p>Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently partnering with our client in their recruitment of a Finance Business Partner on a permanent contract. We're looking for a commercially minded finance professional to drive performance insights and strategic decision-making across the business. This role sits at the heart of the finance function, so you'll be partnering closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact analysis, reporting, and forecasting. If you're passionate about turning numbers into meaningful action, this is your opportunity to make a real difference.</p><p>This role is a 50/50 split between BAU (month end processes) and then forward looking partnering and project accounting, so a great position if you're a Management Accountant looking to move into a more commercial role. The salary on offer is up to £50,000 + benefits. Hybrid working is supported.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Monthly Management Accounts</strong>: Lead the preparation of monthly accounts, including accruals, prepayments, provisions, and journal entries. Investigate and explain variances to ensure accuracy and transparency.</li><li><strong>Performance Analysis</strong>: Deliver insightful variance analysis against budget and forecast.
