This is a newly created role and will play a key part in developing and managing financial operations for an evolving part of the business.</p><p>The Financial Controller role is based in Bristol with some travel to other sites, the role offers hybrid working and a salary between £70,000 and £80,000 plus benefits including car allowance, bonus, PMI.</p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Oversight of month end activities ensuring accurate and timely delivery</li><li>Ensure adherence to governance, regulations and reporting requirements</li><li>Drive process improvement activities and work towards best in class processes</li><li>Develop and monitor KPI performance</li><li>Work closely with the auditors</li></ul><p><strong>About your experience</strong></p><ul><li>Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)</li><li>Proven experience in a finance leadership role</li><li>Blend of month end, reporting and compliance experience</li><li>Ability to interrogate accuracy of Balance Sheet and P&L</li></ul><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
