<p>Robert Half are recruiting for a Finance Manager to work for a technology company based in London for a 3 month contract.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.</li><li>Lead intercompany accounting and ensure accurate timely multi entity reporting, including supporting process build out for our new German entity.</li><li>Oversee payroll and benefits processing, incl. commissions, pensions, payroll journals and annual submissions - BIK, P11D/PSA. Experience with US payroll is highly beneficial.</li><li>Manage UK and German VAT returns and regulatory submissions, alongside US tax submission.</li><li>Oversee Accounts Payable, payment runs, and expenses, while driving improvements to streamline and speed up AP processes.</li><li>Maintain and strengthen financial controls and cash flow visibility, while scaling month‑end processes.</li><li>Partner with teams across the business to improve cross-functional processes and support operational decisions.</li><li>Support system enhancements and automation initiatives, to streamline workflows.</li></ul><p><strong>Details:</strong></p><ul><li>3 months with potential to extend</li><li>3 days in the office</li><li>Must have Xero</li><li>£300-400 umbrella</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
