  • <h2><strong>Temporary Finance Officer Role </strong><br />Wantage | Initially 2 - 3 months<br />£20 per hour | Temporary</h2><p class="isSelectedEnd">Robert Half Ltd are pleased to be working with an organisation based in Wantage that are looking for a someone to provide financial support across multiple sites on a temporary basis. </p><p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><p>🔹 Budget preparation, forecasting and monthly budget monitoring<br /> 🔹 Revenue and capital reporting and variance analysis<br /> 🔹 Monthly payroll monitoring and reconciliation<br /> 🔹 Purchase ledger, purchase orders and banking<br /> 🔹 Month-end journals including accruals, prepayments and deferred income<br /> 🔹 Supporting procurement and ensuring value for money<br /> 🔹 Providing financial support to Headteachers and senior finance stakeholders<br /> 🔹 Ensuring compliance with relevant finance, VAT and reporting requirements</p><p> </p><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><p>🔹 Experience in month end reporting, handling transactional finance <br /> 🔹 Excellent attention to detail and organisation<br /> 🔹 Confident communicating with non-finance stakeholders</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
