Employing c.65 employees - this is the base for the EMEA operation which has presence in mainland Germany. </p><p>The Role</p><p>The Management Accountant will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely financial reporting and actionable insight to support strategic decision-making. You will take ownership of the month-end process, budget preparation, variance analysis, and operational forecasting while acting as a trusted finance business partner across departments. You will work closely with senior leadership, providing accurate financial insight, supporting decision-making and ensuring strong visibility of cash flow, project performance and profitability.</p><p>The initial contract is for <strong>3 months</strong>, with the potential for an extension depending on business requirements.
