You will need to integrate quickly, work with limited handover and deliver from day one.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Control & Reporting<ul><li>Own the group month-end close and produce accurate, timely management accounts across all entities</li><li>Prepare consolidated group financial statements - P&L, balance sheet and cash flow</li><li>Deliver board reporting packs with clear commentary and variance analysis</li><li>Lead the year-end statutory accounts process and manage the external audit relationship</li></ul>Cash & Treasury<ul><li>Own cash flow forecasting and monitoring, including a rolling 13-week model</li><li>Manage working capital - AR/AP and stock oversight</li><li>Manage FX exposure across multi-currency trading channels</li></ul>Commercial Finance<ul><li>Partner with the CFO and senior leadership on commercial decision-making</li><li>Support budgeting and reforecasting with channel-level performance analysis</li></ul>Controls & Compliance<ul><li>Ensure all statutory filings are submitted accurately and on time</li><li>Strengthen financial processes and controls where needed</li><li>Maintain compliance with UK GAAP / FRS 102</li></ul>Team<ul><li>Lead and develop the finance team day-to-day</li><li>Provide a stable, credible senior presence for the duration of the engagement</li></ul>The Person<ul><li>Fully qualified - ACA, ACCA or CIMA</li><li>Proven experience as a Group Financial Controller or equivalent senior finance role</li><li>Background in consumer, retail or branded goods</li><li>Multi-entity consolidation and group reporting experience</li><li>Able to operate hands-on, at pace, with limited handover</li><li>Strong UK GAAP / FRS 102 technical knowledge</li><li>Confident communicating with CFO and board-level stakeholders</li><li>Prior interim experience an advantage</li></ul>To ApplyThe client name will be shared with suitable candidates following an initial conversation.
