This could be a great chance to step up into the number 1 seat…</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key responsibilities include</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the financial strategy to support the firm's growth, profitability and long-term sustainability</li><li>Act as a strategic partner to the CEO providing financial insight and commercial guidance</li><li>Oversee the production of monthly management accounts, boards packs and KPI reporting</li><li>Ensure robust and timely financial controls, governance and compliance</li><li>Ensure compliance with SRA accounting rules and regulatory requirements</li><li>Work closely with partners to manage cashflow, utilisation rates and profitability</li><li>Drive process and system improvements to ensure best in class practices</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>About your experience</strong></p><ul><li>Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)</li><li>Proven experience within the legal sector</li><li>Desire and ability to work both strategically and hands on when needed</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
