You will be responsible for consolidating data across multiple platforms to provide a clear picture of the Group's financial health.Key Responsibilities:<ul type="disc" style="direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;"><li style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 9pt; vertical-align: middle; color: #0a0a0a;">Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the full Group budget process; update periodic forecasts and prepare comprehensive reporting packs for the CEO and CFO.</li><li style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 9pt; vertical-align: middle; color: #0a0a0a;">Financial Reporting: Produce Group-level P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. Issue and maintain board reporting templates for divisional MDs and Finance Partners.</li><li style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 9pt; vertical-align: middle; color: #0a0a0a;">System Ownership: development of the reporting and analysis systems for the group</li><li style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 9pt; vertical-align: middle; color: #0a0a0a;">Data Management: Consolidate and interrogate financial data from multiple systems; develop and maintain Microsoft Access databases to ensure data integrity</li><li style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 9pt; vertical-align: middle; color: #0a0a0a;">Compliance: Manage tax payment submissions every six months.</li><li style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 9pt; vertical-align: middle; color: #0a0a0a;">Strategic Analysis: Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decision-making and issue all management reporting.</li></ul>The CandidateThe ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong technical systems skills and a background in complex consolidations.
