<p><strong>Robert Half</strong> is pleased to be partnering with a <strong>well-established property management business based in central Birmingham. </strong>The company is seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant join their finance team on a full-time, office based, temporary basis for an initial period of 6 months, with potential for extension.</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Perform bank reconciliations, posting journals, and assisting with month-end close</li><li>Support with accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations</li><li>Process and review supplier invoices, ensuring accurate coding and approvals</li><li>Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts</li><li>Monitor and maintain cash flow tracking and reporting</li><li>Liaise with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment queries</li><li>Contribute to financial reporting and ad-hoc analysis for management</li><li>Support any ongoing system or process improvements as required</li></ul><p>You will have proven finance experience or accounting support role and able to start a role as soon as possible.</p><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
