This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation with a reputation for quality, innovation, and a strong people-first culture.</p><p>Job Title: Finance Analyst</p><p>Location: North Oxfordshire (Hybrid)<br /> Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 per annum + bonus<br /> Flexible working | Excellent progression | Global business</p><p>The successful candidate will act as a business partner to the operations and commercial teams, providing financial insight and analysis to support strategic decision-making across supply chain, logistics, and operations.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the month-end close for supply chain finance, ensuring accuracy and integrity of reporting.</li><li>Partner with operations to drive efficiency, cost control, and process improvements.</li><li>Prepare detailed logistics performance analysis and financial forecasts.</li><li>Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, including variance analysis and commentary.</li><li>Manage and analyse inventory, including excess and obsolete stock reporting.</li><li>Drive improvements and automation within SAP and Power BI reporting.</li><li>Support ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA).</li><li>Proven experience within manufacturing, supply chain, or operational finance.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into meaningful insight.</li><li>Proficiency in SAP is highly desirable.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills, with exposure to Power BI preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, comfortable working across departments.</li></ul><p><strong>Culture and Benefits</strong></p><p>Culture is everything within this business.
