We have an ongoing relationship with a UK broadcast media company, having provided a range of services over the past 20 years. As part of this relationship, we were selected as their exclusive provider to support finance hiring when head office teams relocated from the South East to the North of England.
Our approach
For this project, our hiring teams worked with our central Marketing function to create social media posts targeted to our local networks where our client needed to hire.
We used our social media platform to create, schedule and optimise content for maximum reach across our candidate networks.
Additional strategies included close co-ordination across multiple branch teams, to supplement our existing local networks with candidates interested in relocating from other areas. Combining our local and national capabilities in this way allowed us to identify a pipeline of candidates across multiple locations.

This included close collaboration between our recruiters in the South East who had existing experience of the hiring organisation and our staff in the North of England who provided direct support to our client.
