You balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership and care deeply about the customer experience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You Have Done</strong></p><p>You bring a proven track record of:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Leading growth in a B2C or service-based business</li><li>Managing sales and service teams</li><li>Driving top-line revenue and performance outcomes</li><li>Developing, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams</li><li>Overseeing service operations with a focus on quality and results</li></ul><p><strong>The Team You Will Lead</strong></p><ul><li>Experienced service managers overseeing field-based service teams</li><li>A customer service leader supporting frontline representatives</li><li>Sales professionals responsible for onboarding new customers</li></ul><p><strong>Support and Resources</strong></p><p>You will report directly to a senior national leader and will be supported by centralized customer service, scheduling and dispatch, marketing, sales, and financial planning teams, along with established systems, tools, and processes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></p><p>Base salary in the range of $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunity, competitive benefits, and company vehicle eligibility based on role scope.
