This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across teams to resolve payment-related issues efficiently.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>PAYMENT PROCESSING SUPPORT</strong></p><p>• Monitor daily transactions (deposits, withdrawals, refunds) to ensure successful processing across all payment methods. </p><p>• Investigate failed transactions and work with internal teams and the PSP (e.g., Paysafe) to resolve errors. </p><p>• Review and update payment configurations within established rules (no system-level ownership required). </p><p><strong>CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES</strong></p><p>• Receive and process chargeback notifications from Paysafe or card networks. </p><p>• Prepare and submit representment documentation to dispute chargebacks when appropriate. </p><p>• Track chargeback outcomes and flag trends to risk. </p><p><strong>VENDOR COORDINATION (Paysafe & Others)</strong></p><p>• Serve as an operational point of contact for day-to-day issues with Paysafe. </p><p>• Log support tickets, follow up on incidents, and escalate problems to internal leadership when needed. </p><p>• Participate in routine vendor check-ins.</p><p><strong>RECONCILIATION & REPORTING</strong></p><p>• Daily and monthly reconciliation by matching PSP/acquirer reports to platform records to bank accounts. </p><p>• Identify discrepancies, document findings, and follow established procedures for resolution. </p><p>• Maintain accurate logs of exceptions, adjustments, and payouts for audit readiness. </p><p><strong>RISK & COMPLIANCE SUPPORT</strong></p><p>• Apply fraud and risk rules within provided guidelines (e.g., reviewing high-risk withdrawals). </p><p>• Support AML/KYC processes by escalating suspicious transactions to Compliance. </p><p>• Ensure all work follows regulatory, PCI, and internal control standards. </p><p><strong>CUSTOMER SUPPORT COLLABORATION</strong></p><p>• Assist Customer Support by clarifying payment outcomes (declines, reversals, pending withdrawals).</p>
