<p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>Our client is an educational institution using the Zoho ecosystem across multiple business and academic functions. They are seeking a Senior Zoho Consultant to design, build, and optimize workflows, automations, and document processes across Zoho CRM, Creator, Flow, Sign, and related applications. This role will focus on establishing foundational templates, reducing manual email-based processes, and enabling secure, scalable cross-app automation.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a hands-on role requiring both solution design and execution in a multi-stakeholder academic environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Design and architect end-to-end workflows across the Zoho ecosystem, with Zoho Flow as the integration backbone</li><li>Build, refactor, and optimize complex automations across Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Campaigns, and related apps</li><li>Create foundational templates for contracts, forms, and student-facing workflows from scratch</li><li>Implement and integrate Zoho Sign for automated contract generation, signing, renewals, and secure storage</li><li>Design and develop custom Zoho Creator apps and forms for student and academic team processes</li><li>Reduce reliance on email by implementing system-driven workflows, approvals, and in-app notifications</li><li>Translate academic and operational requirements into scalable Zoho solutions</li><li>Troubleshoot automation issues, improve performance, and ensure data consistency across applications</li><li>Lead stakeholder discovery, define requirements, and provide documentation and knowledge transfer</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
