<p>Our client is seeking a Controller to support the Finance team.</p><p><br></p><p>Reporting directly to the VP, Finance, your responsibilities will be:</p><p><br></p><p>• Manage the financial reporting team and lead the monthly and quarterly financial closing processes, including AR/AP, revenue recognition and preparation of quarterly reports.</p><p>• Provide expertise on production tax credits and oversee the tax credit claims and applications.</p><p>• Manage the treasury function for multiple entities including collections and draws.</p><p>• Be main point of contact for auditors, addressing overseeing tax credit claims/applications. in partnership with VP Tax and PWC.</p><p>• Oversee key finance functions such as accounts receivable, cash flow forecasting, corporate tax preparations, treasury operations, budgeting support, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
