Vous serez responsable de diriger des projets fiscaux complexes, tout en collaborant étroitement avec les clients et les membres de l'équipe.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsabilités:</p><p>• Superviser et coordonner les déclarations fiscales des sociétés, en veillant à leur exactitude et conformité.</p><p>• Fournir des conseils stratégiques sur les implications fiscales des décisions d'affaires et des projets.</p><p>• Gérer les audits fiscaux et représenter l'entreprise auprès des autorités fiscales, le cas échéant.</p><p>• Identifier les opportunités d'optimisation fiscale et recommander des stratégies adaptées.</p><p>• Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour intégrer les considérations fiscales aux processus financiers.</p><p>• Assurer une veille constante des lois et réglementations fiscales afin de garantir une conformité continue.</p><p>• Diriger des projets fiscaux complexes, incluant la planification et l'exécution.</p><p>• Former et encadrer les membres de l'équipe pour renforcer leurs compétences en fiscalité.</p><p>• Préparer des rapports détaillés sur les activités fiscales et les résultats obtenus.</p><p>• Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients et les partenaires externes.</p>

Our client, a notable NPO dedicated to serving the Downtown Eastside Vancouver community, is seeking an interim Director of Development. This is a contract position (3-6 months) through Robert Half, offering a unique opportunity to make an immediate impact at a pivotal time. This position will report into the Senior Leadership team. </p><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead all strategic fund development activities, including stewardship of individual and monthly donors, overseeing agreements, and building relationships with key supporters.</li><li>Direct financial reporting functions, ensuring compliance and transparent reporting for funding agreements.</li><li>Take charge of donor stewardship, maximizing engagement and retention of major and monthly donors.</li><li>Oversee grant writing (with support from current grant writer) and manage reporting for four active funding agreements.</li><li>Support and mentor a small team of 3.</li><li>Provide leadership through substantial organizational change (including finance team transition) and help re-establish trust and stability.</li><li>Assess and present key performance metrics, such as meals served and other impact measures.</li></ul>

Our client seeks a hands-on, full-time Marketing Manager to guide strategy, execute campaigns, and oversee marketing operations for their regional business, while also working with the global marketing team. This position is a digital marketing generalist, leading top and bottom funnel marketing initiatives, with ROI in mind. This individual will manage 1 Marketing Specialist and be tasked with growing our client’s new and existing product portfolio.</p><p> </p><p>This role is an in-office position, 5x per week in office in Mississauga with 1-2x annual travel to the US. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute marketing strategies that support brand awareness and digital lead generation</li><li>Collaborate with sales and other departments to align efforts and create impactful top of funnel and bottom of funnel marketing programs</li><li>Oversee updates and maintenance of the company’s Canadian website</li><li>Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope</li><li>Analyze marketing performance and present key metrics and recommendations to management</li><li>Manage a 1 Marketing Specialist and provide them with mentorship, training, support, and performance management </li><li>Ensure effective internal and external communications supporting marketing initiatives</li><li>Partner with external agencies for digital ad campaigns and paid advertising </li><li>Manage a marketing budget of 300K annually </li><li>Occasional travel required, including 1–2 trips per year to the US</li></ul>
