Ce rôle clé exige une approche proactive et des compétences solides en modélisation financière et en gestion de l'information.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsabilités:</p><p>• Gérer le processus budgétaire annuel ainsi que la planification financière à long terme, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur des finances.</p><p>• Produire des rapports de gestion mensuels et annuels, incluant des tableaux de bord pour les gestionnaires et les leaders d'équipe.</p><p>• Analyser les performances financières, identifier les écarts et proposer des solutions pour améliorer la rentabilité.</p><p>• Superviser les prévisions financières mensuelles en intégrant les contributions des différents intervenants.</p><p>• Garantir l'exactitude des informations financières et des indicateurs de performance, tout en offrant un soutien aux parties prenantes.</p><p>• Réaliser des modélisations financières, des analyses de rentabilité et des évaluations de retour sur investissement.</p><p>• Fournir des recommandations éclairées pour soutenir les décisions stratégiques.</p><p>• Identifier des opportunités d'automatisation et d'amélioration continue des processus de la fonction FP& A.</p><p>• Participer activement à divers projets financiers pour soutenir les objectifs de l'organisation.</p>
