  • <p>We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Clinical Information Systems to lead clinical technology initiatives that support high-quality care in the East End of Toronto. This role oversees a team responsible for optimizing Epic and related clinical systems, improving workflow performance across care settings, and strengthening user adoption through effective education and support. The successful candidate will bring strong operational leadership, deep healthcare IT knowledge, and the ability to work closely with clinical and regional partners to align system capabilities with organizational needs.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide day-to-day leadership for the clinical information systems function, including setting priorities, guiding performance, and supporting the growth of a team of approximately 10 direct reports.</p><p>• Direct the enhancement, maintenance, testing, and support of Epic applications used in acute care settings, ensuring stable and effective system performance.</p><p>• Lead initiatives that improve clinical workflows across inpatient, ambulatory, and ancillary areas by assessing operational needs and converting them into practical system solutions.</p><p>• Partner with clinical leaders, operational stakeholders, and technical teams to define requirements, resolve issues, and advance service improvements.</p><p>• Oversee education strategies for end users, including ongoing learning plans, adoption monitoring, and continued development of a Clinical Informatics Super User program.</p><p>• Support structured change practices for clinical systems by coordinating readiness activities, communicating impacts, and promoting successful uptake of new processes or tools.</p><p>• Represent the organization in external regional forums and collaborative tables, while building productive relationships with healthcare partners and internal stakeholders.</p><p>• Apply service management and governance practices to maintain quality, consistency, and responsiveness across clinical systems operations.</p>
